Shipping & Returns

Preparation time

All our jewelry is handmade, so each piece requires a preparation time before shipping. This usually takes between 2 and 3 weeks, depending on the design.

If you need your order for a specific date, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our workshop in Barcelona using Correos (the Spanish postal service), with tracking included.

Shipping costs: 

• Spain: 5 €
• International: 6 €
• USA: 8 €

Estimated delivery times (after shipping):

• Spain: 3–5 days
• Europe: around 1 week (usually up to 10 days)
• International: around 2 weeks

Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. We always use shipping methods that aim to avoid additional charges whenever possible, but as regulations vary, we cannot guarantee this in every case, so any customs fees would be the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that made-to-order pieces (such as rings) and personalized items cannot be returned.

Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we’ll take care of everything as quickly as possible. In these cases, we will cover all related costs.
